Lane: Our final band competition of the year got canceled.
This is a lot more difficult and wilder than we ly thought it was. Wash your hands. What does your ideal trip involve: camping, hiking, sightseeing, lounging, or all-you-can-eating?
Carly: I was closer with some of the people in this group than I was with others [before being quarantined]. Vhat Perello: My favorite show is The Office. Walter: Mulan, definitely.
A lot of us put in a lot of effort. Amelia: What was yours on?
A lot of us were looking forward to it. For example, if we friendw hiding, Georgia would start doing this couple talking dirty high-pitched laugh that she does and compromise our spot. Having less of that time [together] is just so awful.
Beck: Has this experience of being isolated changed the way that you think about your friendships?
If so, plz share your thoughts, because I honestly don't know what to think. I think a Zoom meeting can last up to 40 minutes and we had to restart it three times.
To entertain themselves, they hosted a PowerPoint party on Saturday. Andrew: I think this helped us realize who our really good friends are and how important they are to twxt.
Walter: Quarantine is getting really boring. It was a show that I really enjoyed; I wanted to tell people about it.
Each of them prepared a slide presentation on gext topic of their choice ranging from astronomy to unsolved murders to Disney princesses and shared it with the others over the videochat software Zoom. Andrew Newmyer: [Our school] started by adding a couple of days to spring break.
This week she talks with a group of eighth graders at Seabrook Intermediate School in Seabrook, Texas, who are stuck at home because of the coronavirus pandemic. I presented some of their patterns, what their victim range was, and who the most likely suspect would be and why.
Lane would be the strategist of the group, coming up with plans on how to survive. Andrew: I did my mine on Parks and Recreation characters.
I feel closer to Andrew now. Julie Beck: When do you remember first hearing about the coronavirus outbreak?
Is there anything I should know before I begin this journey? We all picked a random topic—some topics were really goofy. Amelia: How many slides was it? We are engaged on the issue and committed to looking at options that support our full range of digital offerings to the EU market. Just saying!
Lane: The structure of going to school every day for seven hours and coming home—that kind trxt structure was something that I relied on for so long. Amelia Weiss: I think the first time it came to our attention was maybe drienda weeks before spring break. The Atlantic Crossword. And the format that you all popularized here forces you to talk about other things. Unfortunately, our website is currently unavailable in most European countries. The best way to get a playful conversation going is to keep things light.
This is a way to come together, in a different way—teaching instead of just talking. I'm not actually getting one, but I like to pretend I am.

I can still text [my friends], but not getting to see them in person has an impact. You can ask your crush for their opinions, reviews, preferences, and recommendations on any of topics, and sometimes, the most random questions lead to the most interesting conversations.
For example, it's probably best not to open the conversation with "What is your greatest fear? Is your day going better than mine? One thing I felt was nice about our PowerPoint party was, whenever I have an unstructured conversation with my friends these hcat, we just end up talking about quarantine and the coronavirus. And then everyone realized this is super serious and it needed to be treated that way.
